How much does a job pay in a specific city or country?

Search any job title and location to get a salary benchmark with P10, P25, P50, P75 and P90 bands by experience level, a total-compensation split, take-home pay and a five-year outlook. Reports are free and do not require a login.

How does SpotSalary estimate salaries?

Estimates are anchored to external market signals — GDP per capita PPP, inflation, wage growth, cost of living, demand and automation exposure — and synthesised with AI. Deterministic validation rejects implausible outputs, and every report carries a confidence score and source citations.

Can I see what a role will pay in the future?

Yes. Every report includes a 1, 3 and 5-year scenario outlook with base, optimistic and conservative bands. Forecasts show nominal and inflation-adjusted growth and explain the drivers behind the number.

Does SpotSalary show take-home pay?

Reports include a take-home estimate based on imported national tax brackets and effective rates. Social contributions and local levies are not included, and the page states which tax method was used.

Are the salary figures official statistics?

No. They are modelled estimates for guidance, not offers or official statistics. Each report lists its sources, data tier and confidence so you can judge how much evidence supports the number.

Method

External signals first. AI second.

Every benchmark is anchored to ingested market data — GDP per capita PPP, inflation, wage growth, cost-of-living, demand and automation exposure. AI synthesises and fills gaps; deterministic validation rejects implausible outputs.

Confidence

Each report carries a confidence score based on how much official data backs it. Official-source coverage raises confidence; derived city values lower it. Forecast confidence narrows as the horizon extends.
